2 cups basil leaves
1/2 cup virgin olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup pine nuts
3 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
blend till smooth

Note:
I suggest you blend the oil and 1/2 of the leaves, then the rest of the leaves, and finally add the other ingredients.
When I did it all at once, the dryer ingredients gummed up a bit and had to be scraped down by hand. When the leaves broke down, the liquid consistency was smooth and blended nicely.
